Yes, Belize Ground Shuttle offers hotel and residence pickup or drop-off in San Ignacio for an additional fee. You must select and pay for this optional service when booking. If you do not choose the hotel or residence pickup/drop-off option, your shuttle pickup or drop-off location will be Hode's Place in San Ignacio. If you already reserved your ride without this option, you can contact us to add it to your reservation.

Your Belize Ground Shuttle departs San Ignacio from Hode's Place near downtown San Ignacio. Please arrive at Hode's Place at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shuttle departure time. If you paid for the hotel pickup option, your driver will pick you up at your hotel instead.

If your flight to Belize International Airport is delayed or canceled, Belize Ground Shuttle will do our best to reschedule you on the next available shuttle. For delays of less than one hour, the driver will wait when possible. If other passengers are already in the shared shuttle, we may not always be able to wait. If there are no other passengers assigned to your shuttle, we will wait as long as possible for your flight to arrive. We cannot guarantee that every delayed passenger can be held or rescheduled, but we will always do our best and will not leave you stranded without support.
